This is a 7 day intimate immersive gathering of tongue to tail animal transformation.

The hopes are that this will offer you the simple and accessible skills to empower yourself and bring them into your own life. Throughout the 7 day gathering you’ll work together in small groups to process a four legged animal in its entirety with minimal waste.

You’ll grow, connect, deepen the skills you already have, learn new skills and push your edges.

What to expect...

At this 7 day gathering we will come together as community to share food song and home.

Over 7 days and 7 nights we will work as a village and in smaller teams to transform four legged animals into food to feed us all and for your food stores for the season to come.

Learn to take life by knife and be in reverence as you foster a direct connection to where your food comes from.

There will be workshops in making jerky and smoking meat, fermented salami and sausage making, canning, fat rendering, pick n pack'ing meat, bone broth, hide tanning, learning to process sinew, faces stomachs and more!
